Pods are flat monthly fees per seat — for example $1,900–2,600 a seat depending on the role, against $4,800–7,000 for the same seat in-house in the US. The Startup Pod is $3,200 a month flat for roughly 110 hours. Credentialing is priced per provider: $350 per provider per payer, or $300 per provider per month. Every proposal puts the exact figure in writing before you commit.

Scope & compliance
Anything that touches a patient record: intake, verification of benefits, prior authorisation, scheduling, claims and revenue cycle. Those need a US Business Associate Agreement, and Podlantic doesn't have a US contracting entity yet — so we don't sell that work. Everything we do run — credentialing, recruiting, referrals, marketing, practice admin — is PHI-free by design.
Not today. Those touch patient records, which needs a Business Associate Agreement with a US entity. We don't have one yet, so we don't sell that work. When that changes we'll say so — we're not going to take it on and figure the compliance out afterwards.
HIPAA governs protected health information. We don't handle any. No patient records, no member IDs, no benefits data, no claims. That's why we can work with practices in every state without a BAA or an offshore attestation.
No, and we don't claim to. For a vendor handling patient records it would be essential — we don't handle them. What we do hold: screened people, named logins, full audit trails, MFA, monthly OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screening and a written 24–72 hour incident commitment. Our Coverage & Scope Schedule — attached to every proposal and MSA. It sets out in writing exactly what categories of work we run and what we don't, so scope is settled on the first call, not discovered in the fourth month.
Your pod works inside your systems, under access you provision and can revoke. Every pod member has their own named login with a defined role, protected by MFA, with a full audit trail of who did what. Offboarding is immediate when someone leaves the pod.
